Qualifications
Female21 Years Old and AboveMinimum of 2 Years ExperienceFilipinoAt Least Bachelor's / College Degree

Ø  Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree, Secretarial or equivalent

Ø  Well versed in computer operation

Ø  The job prioritize female applicants

Ø  Knowledge in bookkeeping, accounting & data processing

Ø  Using variety of software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc. to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases.

Ø  Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing

Ø  Excellent English communication, customer service & relationship-building skills

Ø  Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

Ø  Acting as an accountant, prepare and provides project quotations

Ø  Handles incoming and outgoing mail / faxes, review and distribute the mail to appropriate recipients.

Ø  Maintain databases and filing systems

Ø  Proficient in proofreading, spelling, grammar punctuation & math

Ø

Ø  Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals

Ø  Respond to queries in person, via telephone or email

Ø  Develop and implement office procedures

Ø  Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files

Ø  Compose letters, memos and emails

Ø  Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages

Ø  Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.

Ø  Able to work independently

Ø  Friendly and professional demeanor

Ø  Having a driver’s license is a plus.
