Job Descriptions

This position for male only of experienced and qualified Western Chef and he should have excellent knowledge for western, Italian, Mexican, Thai and fast food, Snack, and all type of hot Sandwich's to implemented our vision and modify our menus or create new ones that meet high quality standards and organize the kitchen’s activities, and contentment. chef should be able to build, train and supervise a team of cooks, and design a menu that factors in the cost and availability of ingredients. 

 

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as western chef at least.
  • Applicant must be 30 to ████████████ .
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • “BS” Degree in Culinary science or related certificate.
  • Credentials in health and safety training
  • Excellent product knowledge of Western cuisine.
  • Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
  • Excellent record and proven ability of kitchen management.
  • Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Capable of delegating multiple tasks.
  • Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions.
  • Familiar with industry’s best practices.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
  • Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.
  • Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
