QUALIFICATIONS:
DIPLOMA IN AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGIRATION OR EQUIVALENT ISSUED BY A RECOGNISED INSTITUTION. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE IN LOW VOLTAGE INSTALLATIONS INCLUDING CONTROL AND LOCAL AND REMOTE MONITORING OF OPERATIONAL PARAMETERS OF MOTORS AND REFRIGIRATION PLANT WOULD BE ADVATAGEOUS.
EXPERIENCE:
AT LEAST 3 YEARS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN THE MAINTENANCE OF PACKAGE AIR CONDITIONING PLANT. EXPERIENCE IN THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF INDUSTRIAL SCALE REFRIGERATION PLANT WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS. EXPERIENCE MUST INCLUDE AND COMMISSIONING TOGETHER WITH ELECTRONIC CONTROL, MONITORING, MAINTENANCE, TROUBLE SHOOTING AND REPAIR OF ALL RELEVANT TYPES OF PLANT.

To provide a hands on service in respect of maintenance and repair of package air conditioning units together with other types of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment within the terminal. To ensure that all terminal requirements in respect of refrigeration and air conditioning are met and to maintain the highest standards of work quality and throughput consistent with the availability of resources, also to identify problem areas and advise his superiors accordingly.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Monitoring, maintenance and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment within the terminal.
- Ensuring that work is performed to the highest standard consistent with resources, the time available and with operational requirements.
- Identifying problem areas and advising his superiors accordingly.
- Responsible for detailed parts and material identification to fulfill his priorities and for the acquisition of the parts and materials from stores.
- Communicating effectively with superiors as well as other department's staff to ensure that information relating to the repair and maintenance of equipment is available when required.
- Ensuring that full and complete records are maintained to facilitate planning and analysis.
- Carrying out work safely and according to workshop, company and port rules and regulations.
- Any other duties or assignments as required from time to time by management.

- Do not undergo a medical examination without a valid job offer and a valid job order.
- Your placement fee shoold only be equivalent to your one month salary abroad (except Taiwan).
- Pay the placement fee only when you have signed an employment contract. Always demand an official receipt reflecting the actual amount paid.
- Do not pay for the visa as it shoold be shooldered by the employer.
- You shoold not pay for placement fee, nor agent�s fee if you are applying as a domestic helper.
Paano Makakaiwas sa mga Ilegal na Recruitment
- Huwag mag-apply sa recruitment agency na hindi lisensyado ng POEA. Huwag din mag-apply sa mga training centers at travel agencies na nangangako ng trabaho sa abroad.
- Huwag makipag kasundo sa hindi awtorisadong employado ng isang recruitment agency.
- Huwag makipag-transaksyon sa labas ng lehitimong opisina ng recruitment agency. Kung ang recruitment ay ginawa sa probinsya, siguraduhin na may kaukulang permit ang agency.
- Huwag pumayag sumailalim sa medical examination kung wala pang balidong job offer.
- Huwag magbayad ng higit sa kaukulang placement fee. Hindi dapat ito hihigit sa isang buwang sahod (maliban sa Taiwan).
