Qualifications& Responsibilities
Underneath job duties are exhaustive but not restricted to:
Ø Provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in an organized and timely manner.
Ø Manage Calendar, schedule meetings and conferences and accompany the Senior Partner during the meetings within and outside of the country.
Ø Make travel arrangements
Ø Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
Ø Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Ø Handle requests and queries appropriately
Ø Prepares and sends business and private correspondence
Ø Carries out responsibilities with professionalism, respect for others, in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
Ø Take dictation and minutes
Ø Source office supplies
Ø Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Ø Devise and maintain office filing system.
Requirements:
Ø Proven work experience as a personal assistant
Ø Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Ø Good Knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft word, Excel, Power point etc)
Ø Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Ø Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ø Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Ø Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
Ø Discretion and confidentiality
Ø Must be a College graduate
Ø PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
