Principal/Project: MATTEX- JEDDAH

Job Description and Requirements

Qualifications:

The job requires Male applicants only
Minimum of 3 years working experience is required for this position.

Ensure that safety is considered when developing every job plan.
Analyze all Maintenance tickets received, identify required resources (materials, special tools, skills, outside contractor, rental equipment, etc.).
Reject any inappropriate Maintenance Notifications and inform reasons to requestor.
Plan for Maintenance Orders (PM, Calibration, Corrective, etc.) the required details to perform including: steps, resources, estimated time, crew size, and completion dates, add instructions, details, parts, purchase requisitions, etc.)
Estimate costs, including labor, labor hours, materials, and contract services, for each work order.
Prepare purchase requisitions for parts, services, equipment / tools rental related to orders being planned, or as requested by the Maintenance Management (Supervisors, Engineers, Manager).
Maintain bill of materials (BOM) information for every asset within area of responsibility.
Reserve stock items for planned work.
Develop planned work for the Weekly Work Schedule.
