PROCESS ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITY
- Organize project off plan with respective to come out preparation lead time like material, tooling, equipment, chemical & etc.
- Compensate each process internal drawing and check sheet on every sample making.
- Come out each sample making stage (prototype, PPAP & Test run) milestone with respective department in order to fulfill customer requirement.
- Develop new machine, measurement equipment if that project are needed for investment.
- Reporting on each sample on quality issue, risk.
- Reply customer feedback/complain on sample stage and work with related department on improvement on plan accordingly.
- Conduct process capability study on sample stage and work with related department on improvement plan accordingly.
- Work with respective party to conduct Process FMAE and control plan to reduce the potential issue on customer side.
- Ensure the submission sample meet customer requirement and combine submission documentation for submit to customer.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years QA/Project managerial experience, preferably in precision machining environment.
- Able to communicate/present among peers, superiors, management and inter-departments.
- Preferably with problem solving/analysis and technical capacity background.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing process.
BASIC SALARY - RM 2, 500 ( NEGOTIABLE)

- Do not undergo a medical examination without a valid job offer and a valid job order.
- Your placement fee shoold only be equivalent to your one month salary abroad (except Taiwan).
- Pay the placement fee only when you have signed an employment contract. Always demand an official receipt reflecting the actual amount paid.
- Do not pay for the visa as it shoold be shooldered by the employer.
- You shoold not pay for placement fee, nor agent�s fee if you are applying as a domestic helper.
Paano Makakaiwas sa mga Ilegal na Recruitment
- Huwag mag-apply sa recruitment agency na hindi lisensyado ng POEA. Huwag din mag-apply sa mga training centers at travel agencies na nangangako ng trabaho sa abroad.
- Huwag makipag kasundo sa hindi awtorisadong employado ng isang recruitment agency.
- Huwag makipag-transaksyon sa labas ng lehitimong opisina ng recruitment agency. Kung ang recruitment ay ginawa sa probinsya, siguraduhin na may kaukulang permit ang agency.
- Huwag pumayag sumailalim sa medical examination kung wala pang balidong job offer.
- Huwag magbayad ng higit sa kaukulang placement fee. Hindi dapat ito hihigit sa isang buwang sahod (maliban sa Taiwan).

- Hindi kinakailngan magbayad ng visa. Ito ay sagot na ng employer.
