SECURITY GUARD
- OVERSEE THE OVERALL SECUTITY OF THE CENTRAL WORKSHOPS AREA.
- PROVIDE ACCESS CONTROL ON BOTH COMPANY OWNED /HIRED EQUIPMENT AND CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- GUARDS THE ENTRANCE GATE OF CENTRAL WORKSHOPS PREMISES AND CONTROL THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC EMPLOYEES AND VISITORS TO MAINTAIN SECURITY OF PREMISES.
- CONTROL THE GATE TO ALLOW COMPANY OWNED/HIRED VEHICLES AND AUTHORIZED VISITORS INTO THE PREMISES.
- PROVIDE SAFETY AND SECURITY MEASURES WITHIN THE CONTROL WORKSHOPS PARKING AREA.
- MAINTAIN LOGBOOK TO MONITOR IN AND OUT MOVEMENTS OF EQUIPMENTS, VEHICLES, VISITORS, AND PERSONAL TO ENSURE THAT ONLY AUTHORIZED ONES ARE ALLOWED TO THE PREMISES.
- ENSURE THAT ALL EQUIPMENTS TOOLS, SPACE MATERIAL OR ANY OTHER ITEM LEAVING THE CWS PREMISES ARE ACCOMPANIED WITH AN AUTHORIZED LOADING NOTE DULY SIGNED BY DISPATCHER OR DELEGATED AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL.
- CALL AUTHORIZED PERSONAL FIRE AND SAFETY OR SECURITY IN CASES OF EMERGENCY, SUCH AS FIRE OR PRESENCE OF AUTHORIZED PERSONS. REPORT SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES WHICH MAY BE A THREAT TO THE COMPANY.
- ANSWER TELEPHONE CALLS TO TAKE MESSAGES, CALL AUTHORIZED , ANSWER QUESTION AND PROVIDE INFORMATION DURING IF REQUIRED.
JOB KNOWLEDGED EDUCATION
- GOOD UNDERSTANDING ON RULES AND PROCEDURES INVOLVING SAFETY AND SECURITY
- ABILITY TO READ WRITE AND SPEAK, ARABIC AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE
- COMPLITION OF SECONDARY SCHOOL EDUCATION
- MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR FIELD AND POSITION.

How To Avoid Illegal Recruitment
- Do not apply to recruitment agencies without a valid POEA license. Also, do not deal with training centers and travel agencies promising overseas employment.
- Do not deal with anyone who is not an authorized representative of a licensed agency.
- All recruitment activity shoold be done at the registered address of the licensed agency. All transactions done outside the registered address of the agency is considered illegal recruitment. If the recruitment is conducted in the province or in a job fair, check if the agency has a provincial recruitment authority.
- Do not undergo a medical examination without a valid job offer and a valid job order.
- Your placement fee shoold only be equivalent to your one month salary abroad (except Taiwan).
- Pay the placement fee only when you have signed an employment contract. Always demand an official receipt reflecting the actual amount paid.
- Do not pay for the visa as it shoold be shooldered by the employer.
- You shoold not pay for placement fee, nor agent�s fee if you are applying as a domestic helper.
Paano Makakaiwas sa mga Ilegal na Recruitment
- Huwag mag-apply sa recruitment agency na hindi lisensyado ng POEA. Huwag din mag-apply sa mga training centers at travel agencies na nangangako ng trabaho sa abroad.
- Huwag makipag kasundo sa hindi awtorisadong employado ng isang recruitment agency.
- Huwag makipag-transaksyon sa labas ng lehitimong opisina ng recruitment agency. Kung ang recruitment ay ginawa sa probinsya, siguraduhin na may kaukulang permit ang agency.
- Huwag pumayag sumailalim sa medical examination kung wala pang balidong job offer.
- Huwag magbayad ng higit sa kaukulang placement fee. Hindi dapat ito hihigit sa isang buwang sahod (maliban sa Taiwan).
- Huwag munang magbayad ng placement fee kung wala pang balidong kontrata at kung walang kaukulang resibo.�
- Hindi kinakailngan magbayad ng visa. Ito ay sagot na ng employer.
- Walang dapat bayaran na placement fee, o ibawas sa sweldo o magbayad para sa ahente kung ikaw ay mag-aaplay bilang domestic helper.
