Produces statistical reports and manages the databases to assure timely and accurate information.
He/She will develop tools to identify special trends in data looking for areas of improvement. Other
responsibilities include:
Principal Accountabilities
1- Evaluate the statistical methods and procedures used to obtain data in order to ensure validity,
applicability, efficiency, and accuracy. 2- Collect, process, and analyze data and interpret the results . 3-
Decide where and how to gather the data, determine the type and size of the sample group, and develop
the survey quastionnaire or reporting form. 4- Identify relationships and trends in data, as well as any
factors that could affect the results of research. 5- Prepare instructions for workers who will collect and
tabulate the data. 6- Analyez, interpret, and summarize the data using computer software. 7- Report results
of statistical analyses, including information in the form of graphs, charts, and tables. 8- Provide support
and problem resolution for different related applications. 9- Supervise personnel, which typically include
recommendations for performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution. 10-
Performs other duties as requested.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Minimum: -Bachelor degree in biomedical, statistics, IT or other relevant science
discipline. - Ideally experience dealing with data in regards to healthcare quality
management. - Proven record of dealing with statistical software and reporting .
Preferred: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in health-related field
preferred.
· Experience: Minimum: 2-3 year experience in data management, ideally in a CRO.
