Qualifications:
- The job requires Male applicants only
- Minimum of 4 years working experience is required for this position.
Following all health and safety standards while working on site.
2. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance program for all types of Electrical units, Panel boards, ELCB, MCB, Sockets, Switches, Cables, Relay, Contactor, Transformer, Lights and Bulbs.
3. Diagnosing the problems whilst carrying out preventative or reactive maintenance and notifying the same to the site supervisor or the reporting manager.
4. Installation of new Electrical components, Electrical cable, Dressing and Assembling Distribution boards, panel boards, Breakers and Chandeliers.
5. Rectifying and repairing problems pertaining the electrical circuit of the Air-conditioners.
6. Assemble, install and test electrical wiring and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
7. Diagnose malfunctioning system or fixtures using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and rectifying the issues.
8. Ability to understand different ratings of wires, breakers, fuses, isolators used for different purposes.
9. Testing electrical systems and continuity in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures using test devices to ensure safety of the system.
10. Preparing Annexure (for material) to re-instate any Electrical units/fittings and submitting the same to supervisor or coordinator.
11. Properly filling of job card or reports and submitting to the Operations department.
12. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance program for all types of Plumbing units, Motor/pumps, Sanitary ware, Pipes, PPR, Copper, UPVC, PVC fittings,
13. Water heater, Wash basin, Bathtub, Sink and Water tanks.
14. Diagnosing the problems whilst carrying out preventative or reactive maintenance and notifying the same to the site supervisor or the reporting manager.
15. Repairing and Replacement of Plumbing units, Motor/Booster pumps, Transfer pumps, Submersible pumps, Sanitary ware, WC, Bidet, Flush mechanism,
16. Water cooler, Shower set, Shattaf set, Mixer, Hose pipes, PPR, Copper, UPVC, PVC fittings, Water heater, Wash basin, Bathtub, Sink, Showers, Band Water tanks.
17. Working with water supply line as well as drainage line.
18. Installation of showers, toilets, sinks, flush mechanism, water heaters, water coolers, bathtubs and other appliances that make use of water piping.
19. Preparing Annexure (for material) to re-instate any plumbing units/fittings and submitting the same to supervisor or coordinator.
20. Properly filling of job card or reports and submitting to the Operations department

How To Avoid Illegal Recruitment
- Do not apply to recruitment agencies without a valid POEA license. Also, do not deal with training centers and travel agencies promising overseas employment.
- Do not deal with anyone who is not an authorized representative of a licensed agency.
- All recruitment activity shoold be done at the registered address of the licensed agency. All transactions done outside the registered address of the agency is considered illegal recruitment. If the recruitment is conducted in the province or in a job fair, check if the agency has a provincial recruitment authority.
- Do not undergo a medical examination without a valid job offer and a valid job order.
- Your placement fee shoold only be equivalent to your one month salary abroad (except Taiwan).
- Pay the placement fee only when you have signed an employment contract. Always demand an official receipt reflecting the actual amount paid.
- Do not pay for the visa as it shoold be shooldered by the employer.
- You shoold not pay for placement fee, nor agent�s fee if you are applying as a domestic helper.
Paano Makakaiwas sa mga Ilegal na Recruitment
- Huwag mag-apply sa recruitment agency na hindi lisensyado ng POEA. Huwag din mag-apply sa mga training centers at travel agencies na nangangako ng trabaho sa abroad.
- Huwag makipag kasundo sa hindi awtorisadong employado ng isang recruitment agency.
- Huwag makipag-transaksyon sa labas ng lehitimong opisina ng recruitment agency. Kung ang recruitment ay ginawa sa probinsya, siguraduhin na may kaukulang permit ang agency.
- Huwag pumayag sumailalim sa medical examination kung wala pang balidong job offer.
- Huwag magbayad ng higit sa kaukulang placement fee. Hindi dapat ito hihigit sa isang buwang sahod (maliban sa Taiwan).
- Huwag munang magbayad ng placement fee kung wala pang balidong kontrata at kung walang kaukulang resibo.�
- Hindi kinakailngan magbayad ng visa. Ito ay sagot na ng employer.
