Provide planning and scheduling support to the EPM Departments projects by working closely with Project Management to initiate, integrate project work scope into detailed, resource loaded schedules, work break down structure, estimates and work packages during the different phases of the project.

Responsible for developing integrated Master Schedule which shows the sequence of events compatible with Work Breakdown Structure. Identify and maintain awareness of Critical Paths.
- Coordinates schedule input from multiple internal teams and incorporates the information gathered into the integrated schedule, and leads the update in routine progress meetings.

Monitor and forecast progress of activities in schedules by assessing or measuring physical progress in design and construction activities.

Essential Duties:
<!--[if !supportLists]-->1. <!--[endif]-->Develop, manage, update, and monitor individual project schedules, progress of design and construction activities, and integrated overall master program schedule.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->2. <!--[endif]-->Oversee the development of, manage, and monitor program and project specific budgets, cash flow projections and forecasts.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->3. <!--[endif]-->Produce Project work breakdown structures and schedule baselines.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->4. <!--[endif]-->Recommend solutions or recovery plans to delays or schedule impact.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->5. <!--[endif]-->Liaison with all project team leaders, to communicate required completion dates and interfaces between responsible parties.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->6. <!--[endif]-->Create resource loaded schedules; maintain schedule status, and creating progress and financial reports.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->7. <!--[endif]-->Contribute to the production and on-going analysis of project risks.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->8. <!--[endif]-->Provide input and review of project estimates, oversea financial well-being of the program by analyzing cost effectiveness and exercising cost controls.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->10. <!--[endif]-->Develop and prepare monthly program and project progress summary reports, writing detailed progress reports.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->12. <!--[endif]-->Interface and maintain liaison with Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors, and other project parties on all project schedule control related activities.

Work with all schedulers of design consultants, construction management consultants, contractors, and program management team members and user Departments staff to obtain the latest schedules in the appropriate program format for each phase (planning, design, bid/award, construction, and start-up) and task and incorporate into the monthly schedule. Distribute copies of schedule as required.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->14. <!--[endif]-->Attend meetings with design consultants, construction management consultants, and contractors to review and approve baseline schedules, and attend regularly scheduled meetings as necessary to stay current on schedules.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->15. <!--[endif]-->Support with the preparation and production of the project plan, and monitoring of building design and construction programme in conjunction with the project management team, Building Services Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and external consultants.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->17. <!--[endif]-->Ensure internal program management and controls processes are followed by training the project / program teams in the implementation of those processes and the use of standardized tools.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->18. <!--[endif]-->Collaborate in determining requirements and scope of scheduling projects and customizations while determining method of accomplishment, manpower, and tools needed, and schedules required for fulfilling an assignment.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->20. <!--[endif]-->Prepares, develops, coordinates, and integrates all levels of plans and schedules. Integrates with and across technical disciplines to ensure resultant plans and schedules accurately and comprehensively define the actual engineering work content, relationships and durations.
