PowerBar group was established in 1986 in Northern Ireland, UK. An identical factory with the same setup was established in 2008 in UAE specially to fulfill the GCC customer’s requirements enabling quick & efficient engineering support, shorter delivery lead times & after sales support. The world class 10,000 sq./ft. purpose build factory situated within the Al Ghail Industrial Zone in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE is the first of its kind within the GCC region. The factory is fully automated with the latest computerized fabrication machinery.

Qualifications:

- Engineering Graduate/Diploma – Electrical/Mechanical
- With knowledge in MS Excel, ERP
- Relevant Industry: Preferably switchgear companies or good MNCs with standard manufacturing processes
Job Description / Responsibilities:

To manage the flow of production through all areas
-
To ensure product is delivered on time without the need for overtime and at minimum cost
-
To ensure that employee resources are deployed to best effect
-
To ensure that all targets and KPI’s are met
-
Identify labor cost savings as part of ongoing improvements/lean initiatives
-
Identify material cost savings as part of ongoing improvements/lean initiatives
-
Improve production output as part of ongoing improvements/lean initiatives
-
To set-up lines, machines and facilities as required by additional orders
-
Productivity improvements
-
Material control and smooth flow of production
-
Cost savings in line with targets
-
Improvement of skill level and performance of employees
-
Adherence with Quality Standards

- Do not undergo a medical examination without a valid job offer and a valid job order.
- Your placement fee shoold only be equivalent to your one month salary abroad (except Taiwan).
- Pay the placement fee only when you have signed an employment contract. Always demand an official receipt reflecting the actual amount paid.
- Do not pay for the visa as it shoold be shooldered by the employer.
- You shoold not pay for placement fee, nor agent’s fee if you are applying as a domestic helper.
Paano Makakaiwas sa mga Ilegal na Recruitment
- Huwag mag-apply sa recruitment agency na hindi lisensyado ng POEA. Huwag din mag-apply sa mga training centers at travel agencies na nangangako ng trabaho sa abroad.
- Huwag makipag kasundo sa hindi awtorisadong employado ng isang recruitment agency.
- Huwag makipag-transaksyon sa labas ng lehitimong opisina ng recruitment agency. Kung ang recruitment ay ginawa sa probinsya, siguraduhin na may kaukulang permit ang agency.
- Huwag pumayag sumailalim sa medical examination kung wala pang balidong job offer.
- Huwag magbayad ng higit sa kaukulang placement fee. Hindi dapat ito hihigit sa isang buwang sahod (maliban sa Taiwan).
- Huwag munang magbayad ng placement fee kung wala pang balidong kontrata at kung walang kaukulang resibo.
- Hindi kinakailngan magbayad ng visa. Ito ay sagot na ng employer.
- Walang dapat bayaran na placement fee, o ibawas sa sweldo o magbayad para sa ahente kung ikaw ay mag-aaplay bilang domestic helper.
