Job Grade Reports To Quality Manager
2 JOB SCOPE
• Perform Quality Control Activities as required to ensure product conformance with relevant
industry standards and specifications.
• Work closely with the operation team and relevant business units to ensure that equipment
are serviced and qualified accordingly.

Other dimensions appropriate to the job:
4 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Adhere to Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Safety Management System.
Including:
a) Active participation and contribution in safety meetings.
b) Report all hazardous and unsafe acts.
c) Actively promote positive safety culture.
2 Adhere to Quality policies and procedures in accordance with the Quality Assurance System.
Including:
a) Compliance to work instructions.
b) Raising corrective actions for all non-conformances.
c) Identifying areas requiring improvement and / or audit.
3 Implement and work in accordance to the Quality Management System manuals and procedures.
4 Monitor equipment maintenance / inspection program and trigger relevant BU for calibration /
inspection. Maintenance of all calibration / inspection records as per document control process.
5 Retrieval and verification of material certificates, COC, assembly process plans and inspection
reports from database.
6 Identifying and feedback areas of improvement in the current operational processes.
7 Perform documentation (eg. Work instruction, Process/ equipment checklist etc) review and update
when required.
8 Participate in internal audits when required.
9 Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical
constraints of the job.
5 SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Essential • Good written and verbal / oral knowledge of English language.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to use and read common measuring devices such as measuring tapes, vernier/
dial caliper, etc.
