Job Description

{C}·         Putting together monthly financial reports, budget, forecast and General Ledger accounts analysis.

{C}·         Ensure that the monthly, quarterly Financial reports are prepared within the deadline time frame:

1.      {C}Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and explain the deviations against budget, forecast last year.

2.      {C}Prepare reports as required by Financial Institution, management and others.

{C}·         Budget and Forecast – Operation & Capital

{C}1.      Prepare annual budget – operation & capital with analysis & explanation for the key component of the budget.

{C}2.      Prepare Quarterly Forecast – analysis & explanation for variances from budget.

{C}·         Customer Product Profitability Reports

{C}1.      Prepare customer product profitability report and investigate the deviation.

{C}·         Analysis of General Ledger account on each month.

{C}1.      Critically analyze the General Ledger account on each month.

{C}·         External Auditor

{C}1.      Interface with the external auditors in connection of Interim & Final Audit.

{C}2.      Prepare the Complete audit file together with the financial report as per auditor’s requirement.

{C}·         Accounting Standard

{C}1.      Familiarity and keeping up to date with IAS, IFRS, & SOCPA and ensure compliance in areas of relevance.

{C}·         I.T (ERP)

{C}Ø  Work closely with I.T Department in order to design & implement the technical solutions as directed by senior management

Qualification

·         Bachelor’s Graduate in Accounting

·         5 years of experience ideally gained through similar position in finance in manufacturing industry.

·         27-35 years Old

·         Male
