·         Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology.

·         5yrs. experience in the field of Biomedical Equipment.

·         Fluent in written and spoken English.

·         Practical experience of computer use and application.

·         Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.

·         3 years experience as Senior Application Programmer.

·         Have experience of Oracle Database, Power Builder and Developer 2000

·         Fluent in written and spoken English.

·         Shall have completed a full secondary education and hold a diploma or certification in a related field from a recognized technical institute.

·         Shall have completed two years formal trade training and have five years practical post qualification experience working at their trades in the maintenance field at a large institutional, residential or office complex.

·         Shall be able to communicate and write English.

·         Secondary education & diploma/Certificate in mechanical Engineering.

·         2 years formal trade training/6 years experience working at their trade in maintenance field, 3 years of which at large institutional, residential or office complex.

·         Good in written & spoken English.

·         Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

·         Software and hardware training on computerized control system.

·         5 years experience / at least 2 years in a computer controlled HVAC/CHILLER SYSTEM/power paint/Honeywell Delta CCMS system.

·         Fluent in written & spoken English.

·         Practical experience of computer use & application.
