Job Description and Requirements
 Qualifications:
  *BSN Graduate
  * PRC holder with  a Master's degree in Nursing or related area of Nursing Practice; Nursing Administration is preferred.
  * 5-7 years administrative experience of which at least 2 years as Director or Asst. director of Nursing in a Hospital of 200-300 beds capacity or as an Asst. Director in a large health agency.
  * A minimum of 10 yrs. clinical exp. at senior level in a medium health care organization with broad human and Material Resources management exp.
  * Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  * Proven advanced administration skills, strategic planning & policy development skills.
  * Leadership qualities.
