·         Workers conceptualize and create visually appealing displays inside and outside of a store to draw in business, showcase items, introduce new items, create a positive store image and increase revenue. They build attractive displays and disassemble them, order printed signage, hang signs from ceilings, set up dramatic lighting and oversee staff.

Qualifications

·         Attention to detail, creativity, organization, artistic ability, imagination and good design sense are necessary skills. Light, color, texture and sometimes movement must be used effectively. Working knowledge of current marketing tools and techniques is critical.

·         Must be 28-35 years old.

·         At Least 3 years Experience as Visual Merchandiser in Home Furniture.

Education

·         A bachelor's degree is preferred in visual or fashion merchandising, graphic design or other arts-related fields. Retail sales or marketing experience is helpful in understanding customer behavior.
