Job Description and Requirements
- Must be 28 to 40 years old
- Must have a 5 years minimum in secretarial experience
- Must know how to prepare correspondence , reports, and materials for presentation
- Knowledge of airlines reservation, hotel booking and arranging travel schedule
- Maintain CEO/Executive Manager's calendar
- Prepare and maintain expense report
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
- Perform general clerical duties including faxing, mailing and filing
- Must be proficient in computer and good command in MS Office
- Must have experience in Power Point presentations
