NEEDS THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
65 HVAC TECHNICIANS
- Must have Technical Degree/Diploma, 3-5 years work experience with chillers, FCU’s / AHU’s package units and technical knowledge in electrical/ mechanical/electrical fields, carries out duties as per standards and guidance of supervisor with time frame, ability to understand technical drawing and manuals, troubleshooting and ability to communicate in English and provide report of compilation.
10 CONTROL TECHNICANS
· Must have a Technical Degree/Diploma, 3-5 yrs work experience and technical knowledge in SCADA system, data storage, BMS system, remote linking equipments like honeywall, York, carrier package chiller control system, trane, remote data accessing and communication and ability to work with minimal supervision, good experience of operation, installation and services of peripheral devices and can understand schematic drawings to control system.
5 INSTRUMENTATION
· Must have a Technical Degree/Diploma, with 3-5 yrs work experience & knowledge in calibration of
sensors, pressure gauges, temperature indicators, measuring gauges all units of measurements, alignment dial gauges, use of tools for calibration like fluke process calibration digital meters, gas and air compressors
10 ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS
· Must have a Technical Degree/Diploma, with minimum 5-7 yrs work experience on medium voltage/switch gear equipment, soft starters/VFD drives, rotary equipment diagnosis & repairs, electrical panels , electrical motor rewinding, installation and test performance.
10 PIPE FITTERS
· Must have a Technical Degree/Diploma, with minimum5-7 yrs experience in pipe & duct installation, identify type and size of pipe flange, gaskets, bolts valve, OX stalin sit, HDPE pipes work, PI & D drawings.
