Job Description and Requirements

 Scope of Position:

Execute the roll shop activities (Roll/guides/shear knives and machining)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the technical process for roll sho (roll/ ring rolls/ guides/ shear knives machining - turning, grinding,shaping)
  • Change the warned out cutting tools and redressing of them according to work standard.
  • Perform the machining for the repaored (welded) wearing parts of guides.
  • Share in the preparation of roll shop trouble shooting manual which covers all roll shop process/ working areas and avoid frequent troubles.
  • Report to Senior technician about the plant breakdowns and share in the problem solving process.
  • Follow up the execution of company regulations
