Job Description and Requirements
 Customer Care Executives
 

MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT TO APPLY

Strong Command in English, Arabic (preferred), 
 

Handsome and Smart, 

Liasion Officers who have mid level experiance dealing with international shipping lines, forwarders and custom authorities and customers 

 
Good interpersonnel skills. 
 
Liasion with customers and attend to customer issues. The role will require to go the field to customer premises, Sea port, land port and Air port. 
 
Ability to Adopt to different work hours, may need to work long hours 
 
Good PC Skills, email correspondence with customers and follow ups. 
 
IT or Accounting Qualifications (advantage)
 
Ability to work  in a team and adopt to different roles within the organization.
