• Must have a Bachelors' Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Aviation industry, particularly in Inflight Service a.
• Must have sound knowledge of Flight Duty Time Limitation calculation.
• Must be computer literate, knowledgeable of MS Office Applications.

• Responsible for the Development and design of Computer Based Training courseware media required for efective conduct of Technical systems, special operations and supplementary training as required by Flight Crew Training.
• Ensure in accordance with MTHF and MHF, that all courseware and supporting media required for the relevant programmes and curriculum's properly fulfills the intended training objectives and compiles with the industry, DGSAS and Oman Air's standards.
• Develop relevant ground technical training for all fleets including generic  training in coordination with the respective MFT, MTHF and SMCT.
