Job Description and Requirements
Our client, a 50-year old Furniture Company in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia is hiring a Deputy General Manager for immediate employment:

Qualification and Experience
  • Master of Business Administration or other related field
  • 12 – 25 years experience as Deputy General Manager in Wood Manufacturing Company
  • Experience with continuous manufacturing processes preferable
        

    Strong interpersonal skills

    • Good leadership skill, with the ability to manage the Factory & Trade
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills
    • Good stress resistance
