Job Description and Requirements

▷ Job Description

 

-      Make an official letter to Client, Consultant, Sub-Contractor, Document control.

-      Request Material Approval, Prepare Method Statement, Submit work inspection sheet

-      Control the construction progress, cost estimate, monthly payment, calculate the volume of achieved work.

-      Make a shop drawings

 

▷ Qualification

 

-      Experience in the construction site over 10 years.

-      Experience in the overseas project over 5 years.

-      Handling the AutoCAD, Progress management program, MS office etc

                 -      High grade English
