Nature of Work:

Butlersare responsible in supervising the over-all chores inhotelor cruise. They observe the cleanliness, the food and drinks and all operation that involves service.

Basic Tasks:

• Supervise the operation for room service, food and beverage and other concerns of guests.
• Give designated direction, orders and tasks to workers.
• Observe the workers on how they perform their tasks.
• Assist domesticemployeeswith their tasks.
• Give further announcements,meetings, memorandums toemployees
• Assist customers with their needs and demands.
• Makereservations, orders and other important matters.
• Trainemployees.
• Give disciplinary actions or terminateemployees.

Education and Training Requirements:

• Graduate ofHoteland Restaurant Management or taken vocational/training courseinHotel/ Hospitality Management.
• High School graduate with broad experience as a butler are also welcome to apply
• Must have at least 2-5 years experience working in a 4 or 5 star hotel/cruise
