• MBA or Bachelor of Science in Engineering, quantity surveying, or Professional Associate Member of an Internationally recognized Institution of Cost engineers, or quantity surveying.

• Must have in-depth knowledge of a wide range of administrative and operations services.

• Must have in-depth knowledge and experience of a comprehensive range of International Contracts and Procurement Strategies.

• Must have exposure to and experience in the application of Quality Management principles under ISO 9000 Series or equivalent British Standards.

• Good interpersonal skills and must have experience of working with and managing a multinational workforce, preferably within the Gulf region.

• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

• Minimum 10 years contracts administration experience in the oil & gas industry.
