QUALIFICATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

To be considered for this position youmust meet the following criteria;

-A minimum of 8-10 years of experience within the related Service sector with a minimum of 3 years experience in Maintenance and Industrial services.
-A minimum of 5 years operational management experience
-Educational to degreevel in either a business subject or area
-Experience of working with an international workforce or previous experience working in emerging Market.
-The ideal candidate will be a mission focused and process minded COO, capable of delivering measurable, cost effective result that make the vision a realty
-Ability to prioritize an communicate to staff key objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational standards
-the ability to adapt and react to changing circumstances, and work in a time critical environment, which leading and influencing change, is a pre-requisite.
