Auto mechanic

JOB ROLE: 

·         Initiate and carry out trouble shooting process in handling customer complaints

·         Conduct complex diagnostic works on vehicles, servicing & maintenance

·         Perform routine maintenance jobs & Servicing of cars ---- engine oil change, battery checks, engine checks, fluid changes, tyre rotation, etc

·         Ensure all vehicles are road worthy within manufacturer standards & specifications upon completion of repair

·         Ensure all service jobs are done as per Job Cards instructions & requirements

·         Perform recovery services upon activation by customers

·         Report to workshop manager of additional jobs required or on job completion

·         Retain replaced parts for Customer Service Advisors inspection prior to scrap

·         Clean, label and store warranty parts in designated areas

·         Proper maintenance of all equipment and special tools

·         Maintain safety, good order and tidiness in work bay

·         Daily ad – hoc tasks

QUALIFICATION:

• Bacherlors Degree is a must
• Minimum 2 years experience in car servicing / repair & maintenance works
• Good team player with initiative & drive
• Must be tactful, flexible & adaptable
• Able to converse in English
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
• 38  years old  below
• Male
