PROJECT CONTROLS, MANAGERS

{C}1.   Develop, maintain and implement project controls processes.

{C}2.  Support Project Controls system development, implementation and integration including estimating (Cleopatra), scheduling (P6) and Project Controls Management System (Prism G2).Assist the Project Control Leads with the plan and execution of staffing changes within all Infrastructure Project Controls teams.

{C}3.   Execute various strategic initiatives including enterprise reporting and developing training programs. 

{C}4.   Execute division-level budgeting, reporting and reconciliation

{C}5.   Manage Project Controls data and deliverables across functional interfaces including HR, estimating, Workface Planning, Project Management, Business Management and Accounting.

{C}6.   Support development and review of project execution plans

{C}7.   Review Project Controls deliverables and provide feedback to Project Controls Leads at site.

{C}8.   Develop and maintain Project Controls Attestation and performance measurement programs.

{C}9.   Supervises the Project Control team in effort to maintain schedules, cost controls, forecasting and in all level reporting.

{C}10.  Conduct annual Performance Management process for all project controls team members assigned to the project.

{C}11.  Coach, monitor, assist, and assign tasks to project controls team as well as provide support to Project Controls Leads throughout the division. Review outstanding tasks with team members and update priority list and/or projects and/or clients with any changes.

{C}12.  Conduct review sessions on project status with project management and/or client and highlight adverse schedule and cost variances for corrective actions.

{C}13.  Lead in the development of all reports set forth in the client business requirements as well as indicated in the corporate reporting procedures. 

{C}14.  Ensure that all Project Controls activities are in accordance with set Project Procedures and Job Instructions. Includes preparation of schedules, cost reports, cash flow and variance analysis.

{C}15.  Coordinate with and respond to queries from internal and external clients.

{C}16.  Attend team meetings to provide assistance in resolving issues.

{C}17.  Review progress reports and ensure assignment of new tasks.

{C}18.  Review and approve team members’ timesheets and submit to administration. Ensuring that the appropriate overtime approvals have been complete for upcoming overtime, these approvals are to be submitted with the corresponding timesheets.

Requirements:  Ÿ Below 50 years old Ÿ College Graduate, preferably in any engineering course Ÿ Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), JD Edwards, Primavera 6, Prism Ÿ Minimum of 7 - 10 years Industrial construction experience preferred.
