Provide necessary reportsto the management, ensuring they are kept informed of operational performance and issues and will provide information onpotential improvement and efficiencies
working closely with the management to implement major changes in the service provisions and ect
Work with internal line managers to ensure safe and effictive service provision
Review and identify improvement in quality services
Ensure complice with controlled,standardised procedures, inclusive of system use
Perform other work related duties as needed and directed
Work experience relative to the electronic security and communacation products and/or services is often required.
Minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience, preferably in a contact centre/ technical suppprt environment prefered
supervisory level or management level experience.
practical knowledge in computer hardware/ software systems and trobleshooting essential
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
contact centre managemet training (in-house or through private institutions)
a university degree in electronics, computer engineering, computer science or college level courses relevant to the business of the contacr centre an advantage
knoledge in radio communication and use of any electronic security equipment/ system a plus.
