    • working closely with the management to implement major changes in the service provisions and ect
  • Position Tittle:
    • Work with internal line managers to ensure safe and effictive service provision 
    • Review and identify improvement in quality services
    • Ensure complice with controlled,standardised procedures, inclusive of system use
    • Perform other work related duties as needed and directed
 
 
JOB REQUIRMENTS
      Work experience relative to the electronic security and communacation products and/or services is often required.
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience, preferably in a contact centre/ technical suppprt environment prefered
  • supervisory level or management level experience.
  • practical knowledge in computer hardware/ software systems and trobleshooting essential
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • contact centre managemet training (in-house or through private institutions)
  • a university degree in electronics, computer engineering, computer science or college level courses relevant to the business of the contacr centre an advantage
  • knoledge in radio communication and use of any electronic security equipment/ system a plus.
