Job Description and Requirements
The Candidate should have a proven porfolio of contracts in the contracting market and proven knowledge of contracting procedure in the middle east, with a minimum experience of 10years working in EPC contractor in the same discipline. Qualification: Bachelor's Degress in Mechanical Engineering (Licensed) Responsibilities: To evaluate newly identified subcontractors and suppliers To deliver and discuss in person with subcontractors and suppliers (if possible) the ITB package contents To clarify the scope of supply as we want it priced. To clarify the requirements of the techical proposal To ensure that the subcontractors and suppliers are fully aware of the menhod of pricing. To negotiate the rates/lumps sums on a face to fqace basis To Coordinate with the local suppliers of the equipment and materials and negotiate prices and deliveries To be the point of contract in the middle east for client and subcontractor/supplier for the compilation of proposals.
