• With Marine Background - an advantage
• Must have exceptional English
• Competent in using electrical and pneumatic tools
• Hull valve service and repair to survey standard (Range from 25nb - 500nb)
• Service propeller shafts for survey, including remove, inspect, report, repair and refit
• Checking of propeller and coupling tapers using "Blue" and hand scraping to achieve minimum 85% contact
• Service rudder systems for survey requirements
• Engine and pump line up
• Removal and refitting of pipe work
• Fabricate parts including, read and interpret drawings, oxy cut, grind and weld.
• Basic experience in machine shop including, drilling and lathe work
