Our Client in AUSTRALIA is urgently in need of

• A mobile equipment motor mechanic services, maintains vehicles, repairs and overhauls of vehicle components
  including engines, brakes, fuel systems, manual and automatic transmissions, hydrostatic drive, steering,
   suspension, track type drive and support systems, drivelines, hydraulics and electrical systems. Mechanics work on trucks, buses, bulldozers, other earthmoving equipment and stationary engines including generators, pumps, compressors and drilling rigs. To do this, motor mechanics rely on a wide range of tools, including hand and power tools, precision measuring tools and equipment, together with diagnostic and electrical measuring equipment
• Motor mechanics are usually employed by vehicle dealerships, automotive mechanical service and repair
   orkshops. These work environments can range from workshops which undertake a variety of repair jobs to larger
  shops that specialise in a particular make of equipment.
• Common units (Apply safe working practices; Implement and monitor environmental regulations in the automotive mechanical industry; Use and maintain workplace tools and equipment; Use and maintain measuring equipment; Carry out service operations; Carry out diagnostic procedures)
• Electrical and electrical control (Repair charging system; Repair starting system; Service and repair electronic drive management system; Test, service and charge batteries; Carry out repairs to a single electrical circuit)
• Transmission and driveline assemblies (Inspect, service and/or repair clutch assemblies and associated operating system components; Inspect and service transmissions (manual); Repair transmissions (manual); Inspect and service transmissions (automatic); Repair transmissions (automatic); Repair final drive assemblies; Repair final drive (driveline); Service transmissions (hydrostatic); Repair transmission (hydrostatic))
• Engines and fuel (Inspect and service engines; Inspect and service cooling systems; Repair engines and associated engine components; Repair cooling system; Inspect and repair engine forced induction systems; Repair and replace emission control systems; Service diesel fuel injection systems; Repair diesel fuel systems; Synchronise plant/equipment)
• Steering and suspension (Inspect and service steering systems; Repair steering systems; Inspect and service suspension systems; Repair suspension systems; Inspect, service and repair tracked type drive and support systems; Remove, inspect and repair wheel assemblies)
• Braking (Inspect and service braking systems; Repair hydraulic braking systems; Inspect and service air braking systems; Repair air braking systems)
• Hydraulics (Service hydraulic systems; Install hydraulic systems to specific applications; Manufacture and install fluid power hose assemblies; Repair hydraulic systems)

General Requirements:

• Male; 43 yrs old below; Fit to work
• 6 years work experienced as AUTO TECHNICIAN (DIESEL MOTOR MECHANIC - HEAVY VEHICLE)
• Work abroad experienced is an advantage
