Job Information - Health, Safety And Environment (HSE) Officers
Principal/Project:Del Monte Saudi Arabia
Job Description and Requirements
Qualifications:
  • College Graduate
  • At least 5 years preferably with FMCG background

Task Description:
  • Inspecting and reporting any non conformity or incidents/accidents to the QA & HSE Supervisor
  • Inspecting and reprting personnel hygiene for production workers, cleanliness of the production lines and assuring total hygiene in the facility
  • Inspection and reporting any non conformity in the wokers accommodation
  • Health and Safety orientation to new employees
  • Assisting and updating the consultants with the required information regarding the implementation of the Environmental Impact Analysis (EIA) Project
  • Updating the department with the local and international standards
  • Assigning duties and responsibilities to the sanitation team
  • Inspecting and reporting cleanliness of the facility and ensuring that the sanitation workers are doing their job
  • Waste management monitoring, which includes the hauling of fruit waste and organizing trash trips by supplier
  • Issuing of chemicals to the production and ensuring that proper dilution are being met during processing
  • Communicating chemical consumption to the HSE Officer who is recording inventory
  • Looks for alternative chemicals to perform the required task (hygiene, production and engineering)
