-  University degree, in  Agriculture  Technology .

- 10 years related experience in  Vegetable production and   Protected Cultivation  System

   plus knowledge of plants diseases  .

- Strong knowledge and  experience in the field of  Researching and parts evaluation  (v.c.u )        

  and Nursery for production seedlings

- Fluent written and spoken English.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

-  Attention to details, organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead and meet  deadlines .

- The ability to write reports, keep records .

- Competent user of MS Office applications.

- Strategic thinker who is  prepared  to take  the initiative  in  proposing and   implementing   

  company wide plans.
