Relevant 2 - 3 years experience as an executive assistant/secretary in a corporate company
Knowledgeable of administrative and clerical procedures
Excellent in Microsoft applications
Excellent in written & verbal English communication
Knowledgeable of Lotus Notes is a plus but not mandatory
Receives, directs, transfers and relays telephone messages from clients and/or customers
Manages and maintains executives' schedules
Files and retrieves corporate documents, records, and reports
Assists in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and telephone calls
Prepares invoices, reports, letters, presentations and other important documents
Records, creates and distributes minutes of the meeting
Assures the confidentiality of important matters.
Maintains an adequate inventory of office supplies
Greets visitors and determine whether they should be given am access to the executive
Prepares responses to correspondence to inquiries
Performs other related duties as required
