PROJECT COORDINATOR (Signage)

• Graduate   of   any   Engineering   course,   Architectural,   Interior   Design   or equivalent;
  
• At  least  4yrs  experience  in Signage industry;
  
• Identifies resources needed, determines and monitors deadline of the project;
  
• Develops     and      delivers     progress     reports,     proposals,     requirements documentation and presentations;
  
• Communicates   effectively   with   clients   to   identify   needs   and   provides complete information as required in technical and commercial aspects, e.g., tender documents, submittals, quotations, mock-ups / prototypes, and etc.;
  
• Reviews deliverables being prepared prior submission to the Client to ensure completeness of the project documents;
  
• Responsible for the monitoring of the accounts being handled;
  
• If necessary, as requested by the Client, provides sketch of the design of the job being inquired;
  
• Develops and maintains good relationship with Client to promote client ties;
  
• Flexible, hardworking and mature;
  
• Male; 30 – 40 years old.
