·         Bachelor's Degree

·         Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in full service restaurant /bar/lounge management.

·         In depth skills and knowledge of all floor/bar operations.

·         Lead and coach your shift team towards achieving exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

·         Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills.

·         Professional, polished appearance with the ability to exceed patrons' expectation in a fast paced customer service environment.

·         Orienting, training, assigning, coaching, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, enforcing policies and procedures.

·         Able to start work immediately or within short notice

·         Can work under pressure.

·         Male / Female

·         36 years old below
