Position Title:    LAB TECHNICIAN GLAZE
Job Code:         RD/001

• Responsible for glaze line production running models as per the production schedule, following the instructions regarding production program and new designs.
• Responsible for the preparation of photopolymer plates required for production.
• Mark design codes and store polymer plates in storage room.
• Update records of photopolymer plates development and consumption report
• Keep and maintain all the machines in good working condition.
• Ensure the availability of all the materials for photopolymer plates preparation.
• Ensure proper cleanliness of the machines and laboratory surroundings.
• Maintain safety precautions of machines and processors.
• Handle the flex solvent recycling process to reuse waste solvent.

General Requirements:

• Male; 40 yrs old below; Fit to work
• 2-3 years relevant work experienced
• Work abroad experienced is an advantage
• Conversant in English, both oral and written
