Job Information - Lead Civil Designer

Job Description and Requirements
•Group lead responsible for 3D-modelling and drafting for civil works including foundations, underground structures, roads and pavements, and drainage for the offshore component of the project. •Responsible for establishing the civil works PDMS 3D-model from start of project. •Plan, coordinate and follow up the 3D-modelling and drafting work according to project procedures and schedule. •Actively follow up drafting, drafting checks, engineering checks and issue of drawings. •Co-operate with the Offshore Civil Lead engineer and other project groups to ensure constructability and standardisation is properly addressed in all 3D-modelling and drafting work. •Establish discipline work instructions for 3D-modelling and drafting. •PDMS ver. 12 SP2 is planned to be used on the project. Qualifications •Professional qualification in Structural/Civil Engineering, or equivalent. Any Special Requirements? •Experience and knowledge of concrete structures, steel structures, foundations and civil design in support of industrial plant developments. •More than 10 years experience with structural 3D-modelling and drafting for civil works and preferably in offshore applications •Ability to work independently and as a group leader. •Experience of marine structures such as dolphins, sheet pile walls and berthing facilities will be an advantage. •Previous work experience from international projects will be an advantage Email at epcm@owigroup.com.ph
