In any advert for a CNC operator who is to program for the construction of timber joinery and cabinetry, the candidate should have:

1/ A minimum of 5 years joinery industry experience, in a hands on capacity. (this is to ensure they fully understand the techniques and joints used to construct all facets of furniture and cabinetry.)

2/ Have excellent communication skills and fluent in English.

3/ Have experience in both nesting and pod and rail CNC operation.
