- Must have relevant working experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in local and 2 years in overseas as a Cost Estimating / tendering.
- Responsible for the study of tender documents, specifications, quantities take off, request, collect and evaluate quotations.
- Prepare detailed cost analysis.
- Attend technical meetings; prepare direct cost estimates and prices.
- Prepares technical and commercial submissions of bids.
- Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD /Adobe and Photoshop.
- Candidate with experience in office furniture’s / office partition/flooring will be an advantage.
- With Valid Philippine Driver’s License.
- With Valid Ready Passport.
- With NBI
