TECHNICAL BAKER
 
Job description

• Visit customers on daily basis based on routing plan
  
• Demonstrate our bakery range products and explain application to customers
  
• Able to solve baking problems with the customers
  
• Able to train the bakers at customer sites on set the baking direction for our products
  
• Prepare samples in warehouse when needed  
  
• Assist our sales supervisors in their daily sales calls
  
• Communicate with the sales team and customers and assist with bakery technical knowledge

Required skills

• Bakery background is a must (bread and croissant )
• Understand dough, yeast, etc…
• Good communication skills
  
• Good presentation skills
