Job Description and Requirements
 Successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

- At least 1 year experience as a Field Recruiter and 2 years exposure in a Recruitment company
- Good knowledge in assessing candidates' technical skills and attitude
- Patient and resourceful in doing field works
- Good communication skills
- Keen to details especially to applicant's documentation

Duties of the role:

- Do head hunting from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao to get qualified candidates
- Will make strategy in recruiting people 
- Need to establish rapport and connection to people
- Know how to screen applicants in terms of their skills
