Job Description and Requirements
We are looking for candidates to fill up the following positions in SINGAPORE

CONSTRUCTION

PROJECT MANAGERS / CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS

Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience
SENIOR ENGINEERS / ENGINEERS

Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma in Architecture or Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Able to coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
SUPERVISORS

Requirements:
  • Possess relevant Certificates (e.g. BCSS or NCCS)
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in structural / finishing / A&A works preferred
PLANNING

QUANTITY SURVEYORS

Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil & Structural Engineering or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Experienced in procurement, budgeting, contract administration, measurement of qualities, variation orders and final accounts preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
COORDINATORS (ARCHITECTURAL)

Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma in Architectural / Civil & Structural Engineering or its equivalent
  • Minimun 5 years relevant experience in coordinating architecture / finishing works
  • Experienced in architecture planning, coordination with consultants and document control
  • Experienced in supervising sub-contractors in fabrication works in accordance to the approved QA / QC procedures
DRAFTSPERSONS

Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Architectural Technology or its equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Able to produce structural and architectural shop drawings
  • Well-versed in presentation software and the latest version of AutoCAD
  • Able to use 3D CAD and AutoCAD Revit (3D) and Google Sketchup
M&E

MANAGERS (M&E)

Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience
  • Well-versed in contractual terms, conditions and obligations
  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems and able to identify critical quality control items
  • Able to create M&E Master Schedule and identify relevant critical paths and authority inspections
  • Able to lead and manage a team of Engineers / Supervisors(M&E) in the capacity of Section Head
  • Able to propose VE items if necessary and well-versed in MS Excel, MS Project or Primavera
QUANTITY SURVEYORS (M&E)

Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience
  • Well-versed in identifying variation orders, submitting accurate cost implications, spreadsheets and formation of sub-contract documents and conditions
