He/she shall have the full range of skills and certificates applicable to their trade in oil refinery, gas, power or petro-chemical plant; being skilled in the erection and inspection of scaffolds as are required to assist the overhaul of vessels, columns, heat exchangers, spading, opening, closing, as well as small project activities, etc. Holds Certificate of Competency Scaffold, Safety Inspection, and/or National Vocational Qualifications or equivalent and has a minimum of 10 years experience in the scaffolding industry and he/she must be fluent in both spoken and written English.

The Scaffold Superintendant shall also be responsible to design and make calculation for the erection of scaffolds as are required to assist the overhaul of vessels, columns, heat exchangers, spading, opening, closing, as well as small project activities, etc
