ü  Generate and analyze Maintenance Key Performance indicators, Performance Score Card to the Management monthly.

ü  Periodic reports to the Maintenance Manager on any deviations of expenditure from the budget.

ü  Verify invoices for external services and create Service Entry Sheets for payment.

ü  Preparing Maintenance Expense budget and present to Maintenance Management for the next fiscal year Budget.

ü  Publishes quarterly accumulated Maintenance expenditure figures and compares it with budgeting figures. Provide explanations or reasons for budget discrepancies to the Management.

ü  Monitors and control Maintenance budget and Turnaround Budget and report on any deviations of actual from the budget

ü  Assisting Planning Section by providing work order history and costs
