Job Information - Designer Drafsman
Principal/Project:AECOM Arabia
Job Description and Requirements
The Designer Draftsman will work under the guidance team engineers and senior managers for the Highway Design.  Will be responsible for the engineering drawings related to the appointed discipline as part of highway transportation department within the company.   Projects include design of new highways (including but not limited to Bridge structures, Retaining Wall, Culverts, Tunnels, etc., and upgrading/rehabilitation of existing roads.
Liaison and coordination of assignments with the Project and Senior Engineers on daily basis.
Highway engineering drawing production: Responsible for carrying out drawings for geometric layouts, horizontal and vertical alignments, site grading, at-grade junctions and/or grade separated interchanges design , pavement analysis, signing, directional signing, and marking
Should be able to work independently and manage the time needed in the production of drawings
Liaise with different disciplines within the design team.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
A Bachelor’s Degree or technical degree in Engineering  or graphic design
Minimum  5 years experience and heavy emphasis on Auto CADD and Microstation
Ability t work independently
Displays initiative
Attention to detail
Committed to quality outcomes
Sound interpersonal & relationship building skills
Salary Range: SR 6000 - 8000
