Job Description and Requirements
Must have knowledge in HACCP Standards, Bilingual if possible (Arabic and English), know how to use outlook microsoft, knowledge in product costing formats to present in collaboration with sales managers of different divisions annual budgets, and Motivated to lead.

Responsible to manage bakery production plant to the highest standards of effeciency, quality control, and safety. Decides production and staff management issues, maitenance schedules and quality standards.
