We are looking for exceptional individuals with experience in airline catering and those with excellence background in food and hospitality industry to complement our highly skilled team in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam and Madinah. QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISORS • Control and monitor Hygiene & Food Safety activities of the unit and other catering facilities. • To monitor and maintain the Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) / Food Safety Policies / Standards on the floor of the unit and other catering facilities. • Conducts Hygiene Inspection of the supplier’s premises on a planned schedule including follow-up inspection as and when assigned. • With HACCP knowledge Be engaged and please spread!
