·         Have 2  years  actual farming & milking experience OR  5 years actual experience for non - Agriculture graduates

·         Must know how to drive tractors and other farm equipment

·         Fluent in English language ( written & oral)

·         Holder of  Professional Driver license

·         43  years old below

·         Male  only
